Our lab has been established in September 2023 in the Institute for Research, Development and Innovation
in Applied Natural Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University.

We use Drosophila to tackle fundamental cell biology questions with a combination of genetics, molecular biology and microscopy techniques.

Our current focus is on studying cilia associated proteins and explore their functions beyond this orgenelles.
